02 — Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your correspondence, such as your name, contact details, business name and enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to your message.

When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, selected topic and message are sent to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to Rumil One by email.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. We need enough information to understand your request and a way to reply; without these, we may be unable to help.

03 — Why we use information

We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply and discuss relevant services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business and managing those conversations.

Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we use the information necessary for those steps on that basis. Enquiries made on behalf of another organisation are handled under our legitimate interests.

The hosting platform provides traffic reports that allow us to understand visits to the website. Our legitimate interest is in operating, maintaining and improving our company website. We also use information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, such as responding to a valid data protection request.

04 — Hosting & traffic information

This website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service. Hosting involves receiving the technical information sent when your browser requests a page. OpenAI’s privacy information describes service log data such as IP addresses, browser information and request times.

Sites automatically records traffic and provides totals for unique visitors and page views over time. Rumil One has not added separate advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

05 — Cookies & website features

The website code provided by Rumil One does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. Fonts, images and scripts are served with the website; your browser does not need to request typefaces from Google Fonts.

The hosting platform may use its own cookies or similar technologies for its services, including access controls. These are described in OpenAI’s privacy and cookie information. FormSubmit’s privacy information also describes the cookies it may use in its services.

06 — Sharing & processing locations

OpenAI and its hosting infrastructure support delivery of this website. FormSubmit processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email address. Email delivery and mailbox providers also process the resulting correspondence. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Sites does not offer UK-only data residency. OpenAI’s Europe privacy policy describes processing in the United States and other countries and explains the adequacy arrangements and contractual safeguards it uses for transfers covered by that policy. Its privacy information applies to the service and account data it handles under that policy.

07 — How long information is kept

We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer the enquiry, deal with related follow-up or document work arising from it. Any further retention depends on an identifiable legal obligation, unresolved complaint or dispute. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Correspondence delivered to our inbox follows the retention criteria above. OpenAI’s retention information applies to the service data it handles under its privacy policy and describes retention based on service needs, security, disputes and legal obligations.

08 — Your rights & concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of its use or transfer to another organisation.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator.
